1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

  • When you’ve paid for a product that is out of stock

Returns or exchanges are accepted when:

  • Products are unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • You receive a damaged or defective item (contact us within 7 days of delivery)

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

3. Refund Processing

When a refund is approved for an out-of-stock product:

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been tampered with or damaged after delivery
